Fresh towels are provided each day (no charge).
Conveniently
located at the Nisqually Entrance to
Mount Rainier National Park and next-door to
Alexander's Country Inn and Restaurant.
Daily
lodging rate includes a Continental breakfast basket
provided by Alexander's Restaurant. Continental Breakfast
baskets are filled with quiche, breakfast pastries,
fruit juice and fresh seasonal fruit. The kitchens are
stocked with fresh ground coffee and herbal teas.
Alexander's Restaurant is open for breakfast and guests
staying at the Forest House or Chalet receive a discount
off the regular menu prices. Reservations for breakfast
at the inn are suggested.
Each
house sleeps up to 6 people.

Snowshoeing at Mount Rainier!
Alexander's has snowshoes and poles available--at no
charge--for our overnight guests.
Simply reserve your snowshoes and poles when you make
your lodging reservation.
Guests may use the snowshoes for one day.

The Forest House:
The
Forest House-- nestled in an old-growth forest--
is a one-story guest house with
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The Forest House has new hardwood floors in the living
room and dining room and new wall-to-wall carpeting in
the master bedroom. The master suite, decorated in a beautiful
butterfly motif, has a superior quality King bed and a
separate bathroom. The second bedroom has a pair of twin
beds with antique headboards from Belgium. Decorated in
blue
and white, the third bedroom has a queen bed and an European
armoire. The full bathroom has a tub/shower. Recently
remodeled, The Forest House has a large kitchen
with all new appliances, a living room
(w/pullout couch) and dining room.
The Forest House has a washer and dryer. Covered
parking.

The
Chalet:
A cabin in the mountains. Decorated in cheerful yellows
and blues, and with a natural-cedar vaulted ceiling, the
Chalet
is both fun and spacious. Cozy as a mountain cabin,
the Chalet is a two-story guest house with 3-bedrooms
and 1.5 baths. The living room and dining room have new
hardwood floors and the master bedroom has new wall-to-wall
carpeting. The large master bedroom has an excellent quality
King bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third
bedroom has a pair of twin beds. The living room has a
gas fireplace and a pull-out couch. The kitchen is fully
equipped with cookware, dinnerware and table linens.
Fun breakfast bar. Dining room.
Spacious sundeck with hammock.

Deposit Policy:
One-half of the full amount. Balance paid on
arrival.
Cancellation/Refund: 14-day notice, less $20.

Policies:
Alexander's Rental agreement must be signed and returned
to Alexander's prior to check-in.
The
Forest House and Chalet are strictly non-smoking.
No pets. No candles. No
outdoor fires.
Extra
Cleaning Charges:
The minimum fee for extra cleaning is $50. and is charged
at the rate of $50. per hour.
Extra cleaning charges can be avoided by leaving the
house as it was at check-in (not including changing
bed and bath linens).
* Dishes and kitchenware are cleaned and put
in the dishwasher.
* Food is removed from refrigerator and cabinets.
* Garbage is removed to outdoor can.
* Bath towels are gathered and placed in bath tub.
* When necessary, carpets/floors are vacuumed.
If
the Forest House or The Chalet are damaged, if anything
belonging to Alexander's is lost or stolen from the
house or if the house is left excessively messy, Alexander's
will charge the guest's credit card accordingly.
What's
for breakfast?
Guests
staying at Alexander's guest houses, the Forest House
and the Chalet receive a basket filled with a variety
of Continental breakfast goodies. Typically, the basket
includes quiche, fruit juice, fresh seasonal fruit,
delicious homemade pastries and a selection of cereal.
(The kitchens are stocked with coffee and teas.) Guests
enjoy a hearty breakfast--included in the daily rate---and
the convenience of having their morning meal as early
or as late as they like.
