Alexander's signature dish, delicious rainbow trout,
fresh from Alexander's ice-cold pond. Sauteed in fresh
lemon, then filleted at the table--a traditional favorite.
Other dinner selections include wild salmon, pork, chicken
and beef dishes as well as pastas, steaks and salads.
Robust soups, hearty breads and desserts are prepared
fresh everyday. Alexander's wine list features Northwest,
California and New Zealand wines.
And, we have a variety of NW micro brew beers.
