 Directions from Seattle-Tacoma International  Airport:

• Take Interstate 5 South to Freeway exit 127 (Puyallup/Mt. Rainier/Highway 512)
  
  
• From 512 take second exit to Highway 7 (Pacific Avenue). Go east on Highway 7 for approximately 40 miles to the town of Elbe.
  
  
• At Elbe go straight on Highway 706 East. Follow 706 through the town of Ashford and continue 5 miles to Alexander's. Alexander's is just over 1 mile west of the SW entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park.
  
  
• Alexander's is easily visible from the road. Look for the tower and waterwheel.

         Directions from Portland:

• Take Interstate 5 north to Highway 12 (about one hour drive).
  
  
• Go east on Highway 12 ---about 45 minutes---- to Morton.
  
  
• Go north on Highway 7 to  Elbe.
  
  
• Go east on Highway 706 E. through the town of Ashford and then continue 5 miles to Alexander's.
  Alexander's one-mile west of the Nisqually Entrance to Mount Rainier National Park.
  The inn is a large blue building --on the left side of SR 706 E.
